Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with these guys! I messaged them in a panic because we had a leak under our kitchen sink, and knowing that our plumbing from the previous owners wasn't great, that we would probably need to re do the whole thing. They replied quickly, and I was able to text them a photo of what I needed fixed, and they provided me a quote, details of what was going to need to be fixed, and WHY (this is super helpful), and worst case scenario, as well as an appointment asap. Ben and Owen were the two gentlemen who came to do the repairs, and they were quick, polite, and made sure everything was set, tested, and that we were aware of what was done before they left. And the pricing was absolutely more than reasonable. Will definitely be calling these guys again for any plumbing needs

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hakeem and Ben corrected a gas connection problem identified by Enbridge during their metre change process. A brand new quick connect valve and a proper shut off was installed, and it was really well done!

“In the middle of the night I realized the ceiling of my basement was caving in! There clearly was a leak and the drywall was filled with water. Being a new homeowner I had no idea what to do, especially at 12am! I called Forward Mechanical and they talked me through how to turn the water off… even after talking me through it step by step, they could tell I was extremely worried so they actually came over to show me how its done. Obviously they couldn’t finish the job at 12am so they made sure everything was turned off and no more damage could be done and said they would be back in the morning to finish the job. They were back at 9am and got the job done in a few hours! I’m so grateful for their team. Their customer service is unparalleled and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I have so much comfort knowing that I now have a go-to plumber. You guys are life savers, thank you so much!”

“Forward Mechanical was out here yesterday to replace a couple of hose bibs on our house. We had an appointment set and due to me running behind they were able to accommodate me and come at a later time. Their work and knowledge is impeccable, very nice clean work, and worked efficiently and had everything working again! Thanks again guys I will be recommending you to everyone one I know!”

“I usually fix most problems myself, but this plumbing problem I couldn’t fix. I needed a plumber. A friend recommended Forward Mechanical Plumbing, and I’m glad they did. This was a tough problem but they got to the source of the problem. They were very professional and answered all my questions with as much detail as I wanted. As far the cost, I would say that it was very reasonable. Thanks guys.”
